The logo of “months” has now been officially registered as a trademark!
Trademark registration is, simply put, a system for having the government (the Patent Office) recognize that “this logo belongs to me.” Once you file an application and pass examination, an exclusive right called a “trademark right” comes into being, and others can no longer use the same logo without permission. And at last, we can add the (the registered mark) to our logo.
So What’s the Big Deal About Trademark Registration?
- Once registered, you can use that trademark (logo) exclusively!
- If someone tries to copy and use it, you can stop them legally!
- And it’s first come, first served!
In other words, now that we’ve achieved trademark registration, the foundation is in place for us to grow the brand with peace of mind going forward.
We’ve poured a great deal of feeling into this logo.
